TechNiGlove product SKU TN8000 is an ambidextrous, 9 ½ long,
8mil thick, 100% nitrile
glove. It is produced as a powder free
nitrile formulation that contains no natural proteins and provides two times
the puncture resistance of ordinary natural rubber or vinyl gloves.

OSHA’s Bloodborne
Pathogens Standard: All
TechNiGlove products comply with OSHA’s Standard for Occupational Exposure to
Bloodborne Pathogens 29 CFR 1910,1030.
OSHA’s Final Rule
for Personal Protective Equipment: TechNiGlove TN8000 are recommended for many applications where PPE is required and complies
with 29 CFR 1910.132
NFPA 1999
Requirements: All TechNiGlove
products meet and/or exceed the performance requirements of the National Fire
Protection Association’s (NFPA) 1999 Standard on Protective Clothing for
Emergency Medical Operations.
Food &
Pharmaceutical Use: All
TechNiGlove gloves are manufactured using only the materials and levels of
materials that are listed in 21 CFR, parts 170-199. All TechNiGlove products are acceptable for
use in both food and pharmaceutical applications.
CE Trademark: All TechNiGlove products meet or exceed the
CE performance requirements of manufacturing and performance.
MSPA 1999: All TechNiGlove products comply with and meet
and/or exceed performance requirements of manufacturing and performance.
ASTM D3578: All TechNiGlove products meet and/or exceed
ASTM D3578 testing requirements. However, the ASTM D3578-01 pertains only to natural rubber latex gloves
and ASTM D5250 pertains only to vinyl gloves.

Hypoallergenicity: TechNiGlove nitrile gloves contain NO natural rubber proteins. TechNiGlove
nitrile gloves are 100% nitrile. TechNiGlove nitrile gloves meet and/or exceed the Modified Draize
Testing.
ASTM ES 22: All TechNiGlove nitrile products meet and/or
exceed the ASTM ES 22 test for penetration of Bacteriophage phi-X 174.
AQL: All TechNiGlove nitrile products are tested
to an AQL of 1.5. This assured Quality
Level (AQL) is more stringent than most of the competition and more stringent
than the AQL required by the FDA 21 CFR, part 800. |
